Although it isn't really relevant to anything, i just wanted to take a moment to recognize unrecognized craftsmanship. A few days ago my fathers 1988 kawasaki voyager 1200 passed 100,000 kms (this isn't including the time it spent with a broken speedo cable) and the odometer returned to 0000000. the joke of course being that he now has a new bike! As far as we know there has been no engine work done. there is nothing wrong with it accept some body cracks and a minor oil leak. So congrats to Kawasaki who although was unable to overcome the goldwing, created a truly reliable and lasting machine.
