What carbs are these?

I have a question what year are these carburetors? I'm trying to find boots for it mine are all dried up and cracked and all they're just going to create is vacuum leaks.

Bike info or picture really helps.  We cant guess  ::)
Take a look at the #1 or #4 carb end, and look for the stamp. . .
