Wheel bearings, steering head bearings, swing arm bushings are all suspect as are spokes etc. Oh, make sure the tire is seated properly and it's perfectly round on the rim.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

What kind of bounce is it?
When does it happen?

Tire pressure, Shock damping, and hard braking can make a bike bouncey.
The hard braking is especially fun as the bike gets a bit stuttery and shimmies some.

It's always around 45-50mph.
It's an out of ballence bounce!
When  carrying  a passenger its not as noticeable.
Not much above 50,hardly any below 45.
Soon as I get my xr350 kickstarter shafts and clutch back together I'm changing the swing arm
Bushings and inspecting the bearings and shock bushings.
Anything else to look for while I have it Apart?
Thanks.
And my  76 cb750f has made it through 2 wives and 6 Kids!
