the bar maid on today has an appealing set of mamary glands, I just need to hatch a cunning plan to get closer to them without incuring any fatal wounds

Ah the delights of draught Strongbow.....and if we were feeling particularly adventurous we'd mix it with stout (or if better off, Guiness) to make a 'poor mans black velvet'. It's amazing how much intestinal fortitude a teenager has!

Happy memories as the year comes to a close.

Grew up on it.  Dad used to get fresh cider from a farmer's press every autumn.  He'd bring it home, and set it to ferment (using raisins, I seem to recall) in the garage right in the gallon jugs.  Not very potent, but great stuff.

Take a couple of gallons of unpasteurized cider and ferment it.
Then freeze it and pour off the stuff that does not freeze.
Now thats Cider.

I make a trip twice a year to http://www.wanderingaengus.com/ to add a few cases to my wine collection.  The apple wine they make is the best I have EVER had.

Taking a small town kid like I was if you couldn't by alcohol, you made it.  I will try to find some of my old recipies, one of them used a %100 frozen concentrate juice that ended with quite a punch.

Wow, wouldn't mind trying the Bullfinch cider.  Too bad it would cost a lot to get it into the US :'(.

Found an interesting link to some home brewed stuff, share with y'all http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/request.asp scroll down to the bottom t the BIG list. I'm going to be a little busy printing some of these!
