Topic: Push/pull throttle cable replace

Hi folks,

I'm oh-so-close to replacing the push and pull throttle cables (on my '73 cb350f) but I'm not able to get the ends attached to both the throttle grip and the bell crank at the same time–there isn't enough length. Is there an order of operations or a tip/trick that anyone could recommend? Thank you!

first install the cable ends to the throttle tube and close the housing up with the bolts. then drop down to the carbs and install the ends there.
