Mike Rieck has block ready for 71-72mm, maybe 73mm too. I'm sure he has pistons too, newer design. 
Or order Pistons from Dynoman and tell them to send the package with gaskets etc to Mike. Buzz has his address :)
Good idea to verify with Mike first if still in stock.
I guess he is healing from an accident in his garden and take it easy.
