Yep. So, please do measure the axle-to-axle length so you will know whether adjusting the neck angle is needed first.

That bike pictured has had the front lowered and rear has shorter than stock shocks -- a bad combination with the brat style seat shown (poor clearance to the seat).

best thing to do in your case is to start with a stock frame,it will give you that look,otherwise cutting and welding is in order and my not be as good as stock.bill
