Here's one I did. This was my second attempt, I initially made it out of flat steel but the force of the center stand whacking it gradually bent it..

My stoppers look like the ones shown, I found a centerstand that was narrowed and it fit my bike with the 4-2 hooker header. I shimmed it to the right side and it fits up tight to the muffler.

 It's funny, I just came in from putting this same exhaust on a K2 with the offset center stand. Same piece of chrome moly tube for the pivot tube, same cotter pins.

Here's mine. Uses 1/4"rubber from semi mudflap. Requires bending, grinding and welding.
