Don, most Z1 parts swap directly or can be easily. Seat, tanks, tails all direct bolt on...swap the rear fender for the Z! tail light, wheels? use disc brake hubs from kz900 or kz1000a...even sidecovers and airboxes. Non of these parts are cheap though, even repro's, and the visual differences are subtle. Throw whatever handlebars on there easy peasy. (well, as easy as any other bar swap anyway) Yup! Kawi's rip, shred and mostly stomp Honda's of the same era.
