Topic: CB550k starter motor install

Is there any tricks to the install? I tried a couple of times and the spindle end of the starter doesn’t seemedine up with the hole in the crank case. I don’t want to start tweaking on the black wire untill I ask you guys. I read the manual and it doesn’t make mention. Thanks

tweak the wire a little,you might need to turn the starter shaft into a new position to engage its mating gear.
