I got a set of NOS ones. They are fat shank, with I think reduces hex head and threads.
To replicate them , sleeve a regular bolt.

These bolts fits the pipes very well. Wrong size and the pipes might rattle around on the bolt with chrome flaking off, rust, holes...
They holds the passenger pegs too. Thread is same as the rear sprocket bolt nut. (fine)
Go for Honda or Yamiya aftermarket that cost not much less.

I think they are the same bolt, one made by Yamiya, one by Honda.
I've found that Yamiya's parts are well made.

Yamiya has some products with much better price than Honda. Some are not much cheaper.
Same with the heat shields for the 4-4 exhaust. Yamiya's cost much less than Honda.

DSS bolt

More needed to exhaust pipes
DSS sell the heat shields as a kit with the heat insulating washers and screws.

I pick up the heat insulating washers at my local hardware store for cheap. Luckily I have the screws from other projects. Good info PeWe.  Thanks...

There is 2 part numbers for early bikes.
The part number is with mine, but for some reason I did not use them when I put no number pipes on my sandcast, so I suspect they were for 300 or 341.

I use the Honda bolts since they did not cost much more and are Honda. Fits the Yamiya No numbers and Yamiya Lotus Root on my K6.

I have a new sets of Honda bolts that will fasten the No numbers pipes on my K2 build that is slow going.
