When I rode home, the lawns were getting white, has a bit of slush on my beard and jacket.

Yeah I noticed that, felt a bit frozen too, might have ice in there.
Got home there was 1/2 inch of slush, felt ok til, I put my feet down.. slippy..
I turned the bike a moved it back, when I would turn the bars it would slip sideways .
Good thing I got home when I did,  next 8 hrs it came down sideways..

You're just not riding enough - it won't get any accumulation while moving!

As an aside, we got snow ALL DAY LONG down here in Seattle, well technically Everett, but close enough.  Tomorrow I have a date with the dealer to swap out my bald Anakees for new Anakee Wilds.  Need to get lugs for the wet terrain, Christ I almost bin it in the mud every time I pull in and out of my driveway in the winter months.

how strange...here in Vermont it's around 60F + and no snow in sight. Maybe next week.
