oh yeah! What is the status of the motor?
so the cases are getting some repairs done to them. there cast piece between the two front motor mounts was broken, so he's welding it back on before they get vapor blasted and powdercoated. Once it's welded, i'll get the cylinder bases planed and the cases drilled to run gt750 rubber mounts.
Then i'm going to cut down the outer cylinder fins so i can swap right with left. Need to do this for the exhaust to clear the cradle like the h2r did back in the day. Then I can have the crank rebuilt and fast by gast undercut the trans. I'm still working on who is going to do the top end work. Talked with paul gast and tony nicosia. I need to reach out to Doug flannery too and see what he thinks and offers. hoping for 120hp and planning to do reedboxes on it. Once i get pipe specs and have the cases and cylinders sorted, i can get the exhaust made for it.
