As always, when in doubt, turn it up -
that was awesome ...there is a Doctor John version of that song that predates Humble Pie by a couple years, I think.  Who wrote it though?  Is it an old blues standard?  Almost has a gospel feel to it.  Maybe more evident on the Doctor John version...
If it works good, it looks good...

had to make a quick wikipedia visit...
crazy...it was written by Doctor John, although he claims to have borrowed a lot of it from a VooDoo church song

It's been a while since I listened to Dr. John, so followed youtube bread crumbs from your video and listened to a few more.  Damn he was good.

Fortunately, reports of music's death were greatly exaggerated ;D

Possibly the best cover of a tune written in 1965 by Cat Stevens....

Some good chickin' pickin on this one, Marty Stuart playing Clarence White's B-Bender and Kenny Vaugn tearing it up in a semi-Nudie suit.  Shades of Gram Parsons in some of his pics.

Well, there's thirteen hundred and fifty two guitar pickers in Nashville...

I'm all over the place these days, from this to Devo to Love (60s folk/rock psychedelia).
