Goodbye everyone , 750 headed to London
« on: November 16, 2017, 10:24:32 PM »
It has been great being on the forum and i loved the CB750 since my 1st one in 1969 but my last one left today and my K10  will be my last bike at my age and health .
yep sold my 1976 CB750 today and hated to see it go but it paid for my Whitehouse K10 in full .
crazy part is i handed over the unsigned title and the British man took it and said no need for it or even to sign it as it was no good in the UK [ have no idea how that works ] but paid me cash and just like that my bike will be loaded into a container with a sports car and "off they go" ! seems to be a big market over there for vintage bikes. Goodbye pretty bike , gonna miss you and this forum .  so long everyone and thanks

No need to leave the forum if you like being here...no one is going to kick you out.
Please educate me, what is a Whitehouse K10?

The whitehouse is parts for the 2013 & 2014 CB1100 to make it look like the 70,s style 750.  Parts can only be bought in japan from
Samurider.com. The whole kit is very high dollar. But it does make the new CB1100 look like a old vintage 750.

Ridem accurately described the transition . seat ,turn signals and front fender are like the early CB750's
exhaust are stainless ,  Honda Spoke Wheels , etc . and no intentions of selling the Ferrari just cut down to one bike as i also sold my 1965 CB160

Go to samurider.com check out his parts. He has a conversation chart from yens to USA money.   He is a very good guy and ships out fast and you get it fast.  Everything is flown into LAX then gets to your house in about 2 days from there. These are not cheap parts. Check out his gas tank and his painted to match headlight brackets just like the ole 750.  He now has a modern motorcycle that looks like a 70,s model.  I had 2 deluxe models CB1100.  One I converted over to white from samurider.  I had my Ecu flashed by Guhl motors due to the speed limiter cuts bike off at 112mph. I had mine up to 136mph when I was shifting into 5th gear and it’s a 6 speed.   They were not good sellers made in 2013 & 2014 which had the standard and deluxe. No 2015 model. Now they selling the new 2017 model.

Definitely no need to leave. There is a very active "Other Bikes" section where you can (and should) post pics of your remaining bike. And of course you are always welcome to add your thoughts and experience as a former SOHC4 owner to other threads. Not having an SOHC4 in my possession for a couple of years certainly didn't stop me from enjoying the forum.

Your bike might show up on the Brit forum; might want to track them.

Now that I think about it, maybe that's how you sold it.
