Beautiful bike. Whats the interesting history on that one ?  Couple years ago I peeked my head in a guys pole barn to look at his Rocket a few miles from my house.  It was very rough. Might have to stop back in sometime and see if he still has it around just for kicks. He was not against the idea of selling it but I do not know English bikes at all.

Somehow, I am just now seeing this post. Wasn't many BSAs I didn't like & this one is choice! Always wanted a Road Rocket or a Gold Star & wouldn't turn away from a C 15 Starefire Scrambler either. Well, might as well admit it, there aren't many BSAs that I would turn down, if I had the funds.

So is there a current status available for this bike?
I once teamed up with a guy on one during a coast to coast trip.

That bike look good!
I saw a Trident 1979 or 1980, but that did not look that good as I can recall. I remember I compared it with Laverda Jota 1000.
CB750 got most buyers back then, right?

Very pretty! Must be out of oil though......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Woah, a Rocket 3 - very nice!  Right after I graduated a '73 Trident slipped through my hands, and I have been bent on the British triples ever since.
