Thread inserts, Helicoil, Time Cert, etc

This was shared to the KLR forum I frequent.  We have people that get a little overzealous with the ratchets and they over-torque bolts.
Thought this would be good info for those of us that need to replace studs or stripped holes anywhere.
It's long, but very informative.
