That would make quite the stroke in a cb550.  Are the cylinders of the 650 taller too?
They would give you some room to play if you made your own head.
Are you building a bike for the street or the track?

just in case it helps you with your planning, GSXR1000 rods (35mm bearing, 15mm pin) are 111 or 112, two models available.

Suzuki GSXR1000 09-16
Stock rod length is 112mm

Suzuki GSXR1000 05-08
Stock rod length is 111mm

who knows, might let you use one of those pitbike pistons that have really low compression heights

Both those mentioned use a 15mm pin?

Ending up with a rod/stroke ratio of 2.2:1 is aok. Maybe an alloy base spacer.

yes, both 15
they have bushed small ends so opens options to other size pins
gerrit once wrote that after bush removal one is 17 ID the other 18mm
