thx all;)

Will see how it shows.... For Cam tensioner I don't have any doubts. This works perfectly.....

Primary chain tensioner... I am just not sure if spring is strong enough under heavy loads(it will work but maybe I can improve).

Original spring is very week. Wire is 2.9mm
thick. I made one with 3.5mm wire and steeper angle. Stronger 2.0x then original. I made also several springs with 3.8mm 4.0mm wire. Lot stronger....

Important thing is that when you are doing research on primary is that you can take it out with engine in frame ;) I made that modification to lower block. I learned that hard way.... Also this modification can be made to original tensioner.... Just drill the hole where bolt is for tensioner in block. And weld nut to tensioner. From the outside of lower block flat the block where new hole comes out. Use chopper plate under bolt.

Also that red/orange plastic is some strong s.... pa 4.6 ... ErtalonĀ® 4.6... There is no better polyamide

There are there are :) Click on links

I did initial engine break in. All is behaving perfectly. Drained the oil and inspected the oil pan just little plastic from chain settling down in to position.
Regarding the tensioners... I don't hear chains any more. And it is really calm regarding vibrations  at 6k-6.5k rpm. Didnt go above 6.5k...
But from what I have seen it will rev easy above 10k. But max will be set at 10.5k. I am confident I will be nearing 90 rwhp ;) 836... cx-7 etc.....

I am still surprised how all went well.

Bikeexif is next and after that dyno....

I too am looking for an upgrade in this area. My cam chain tensioner was in there for 2 seasons and did not fare very well. It looks to be UHMW, by color, feel and weight. The upper shoe took a beating and the lower wheel axle diameter is huge now, big clearance to the rod!! I'm wondering if a nylon 6/6 MoS2 filled with proper needle bearings would do the trick? I've been looking at Stanyl 4.6, but I think it's a bit cost prohibited in a rod diameter needed for the lower cam wheel and the mains wheel (I still have some calls to make though). I have a ton of Tecamid 66 extruded rod at my disposal. Thoughts on it surviving 2-3 seasons? Between me and my pit mate we've got 4 motors to build/update so a decent solution would be welcome.

I will probably remake cam and primary chain tensioners for Matt(slikwilli420). Will know the price when I get price from CNC shop next week

PA 4.6 is superior to other PAs....
