Sweet! What year is it Steve? Post some more pics! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Hey guys....it's a 1970 with a 350/300hp.  I'm ok with the small block, if I want crazy speed I can drive the wife's 370Z or jump on the Z1!

I've read the big block engine is so much heavier that it really isnt that much quicker than the 350?  My buddy has a '68 with a 454 BB, so maybe we will have to see?!!

Jerry - thanks for the welcome, you can have the 327!

Drove it yesterday on my favorite road and love it, actually handles fairly well for a 47 year old car.

Check, Stev-O but I’m pretty sure the ‘70 350 was an LT-1 motor. A bit different than their standard small block 350.  Really lovely specimen!

Have you got a Muncie in your HQ Dave, or a slush box? I had a muncie in the Monaro behind the 327, it was pretty good. ;D

The LT1 was an option in '70 [about $450] I wish it had it!  It was good for an additional 70 horses.  Apparently, they are quite rare for a '70 model, it was a cheaper option to go with the big block, so most went that direction.

Very nice, Stev-o. Last of the great Corvettes, in my opinion... I'd be driving the heck out of that thing, if I lived in a warmer climate.

Actually the new corvettes are great cars compared to crap Vettes of the 80's. After I snapped that pic posted above, a guy in a new Vette pulled over to chat, his was a '14 and beautiful, but they just dont do it for me like a pre '73.

Ha!   No 8 track in this one Kev.  It does have a modern stereo but the guy who installed it should be a butcher!  Upgrading the system is on the list.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys.  If it wasnt 40 degrees out, I'd be driving it.  Maybe we need some bread?!!!!

I only got a couple of Tee Shirts but I did treat the car, haha.
The little Ferrari Eco Active's doors started squeaking from lack of use, so I treated them to a squirt of WD40 for Christmas, hahaha.
