That’s not a bad price is the motor has receipts and was done correctly.

I knew a girl who rode one back in the 1970's, she'd let me ride it with her on the back sometimes, it was OK, but more suited to her than me. She had a CB450 as well, it was a nicer bike to ride. ;D

And it was put together - God knows what's missing.
Personally I'd drop the price to a grand, or keep the full price and put the wheels back on it.
