Stock front/rear height K7/8 F1/2 cb760
« on: December 28, 2017, 01:52:54 PM »
Hi,

What is the height of the bike and length of the fork/shock in the front/rear of the later CB750, i.e. K7/8 and F1/2?
I found here that the older bikes have fork length 29" center wheel shaft to top fork tube, but the younger bikes have longer tubes legs, with smaller offset and rims.

As my project bike was raised as I got it, with at least longer fork tubes, I cannot measure it myself. Whereas it's good to know to calculate for the required geometry.

Thanks!

henkies, i have a k6.  from the top of the cap nut (fork tube) to the front wheel shaft it's somewhere around 29 1/4".  bolt to bolt on the rear shock looks like 13".  keep in mind i'm measuring this in dim light.
