Sweet! I had a set of Avon grips that came with one of them, but removed the grip from the tube because I was suspicious of that setup, but I may take another look. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

The smallest cable adapter is the only one that fits the stock control housing.
Stock was around 1-1/4in, the one I used was around 1-3/8.
It's way less turn to get wot,but it's now a little harder to pull.
I'm working on a reduced spring to cure that next.
It came with no instructions, but I felt uncomfortable assembling the cable pull
On the throttle. Tube without glue?
Temps in single digits till next week.
Might hit 50 by mid week, I'm going for a test if I can stand it?
Since my last ride I've made several mods with no feedback,it's killing me?
I've advanced the cam.
Added a led headlight.
Bent the advance stops for more timing.
Enlarged the holes in the jet holders.
And the quick throttle.
Maby some relief next week?

Ha ha, well it's the other end of the weather spectrum here in Oz today mate, it's gonna be over 100 deg F, so I'm going to be hiding inside under the cooler duct! I replaced the OEM spring on my K2 carbs with a C-133 from my local hardware store, still has plenty of power to snap the slides closed, but lighter than OEM. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Found a spring in my junk spring box bout 2/3s as strong as stock one, shortened it and bent new end last night and installed. It's easy to pull now and snaps back unless bars turned to lock.
Gotta  ride soon, I need a Fix?

I bought some ski pants when I was riding around in Canberra on cold (-5 deg C) mornings, they kept me toasty warm and dry, although I doubt if they'd provide any protection in a fall. ;D
