More of a friend of a friend.

Personally to me, it was worth $500.

Besides, I’m already restoring a F0 with a BB kit. Too many projects.

Not missing out.  8)

The 76F I had changed hands a couple times, got painted and sold for 7K plus at Mecum a couple years ago. It had 10K miles but was always stored inside.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

Not making sense.. it was only worth 500 to you and yet you offered 750 ?
After all you read on here....
Sounds like the exhaust and seat were worth 500.

Well that happens if you offer less than its worth.
I can see trying to get for a low price, but you offered less than 1/3 of asking..

No, he told me straight away in conversation that several people told him 800-900 that have came before me and he admitted that he was way off. I told him I agree. I think 800-900 is still on the high side. I think the seller won here.

No, based on your pictures I think this was a nice pickup for the buyer and a fair price forvthe seller at this time of the year in that location.

Bingo! Don't need another project. Already have a brand new F.

I bought it two years ago for $800 and DROVE it home. It needed everything, though.
