750F and 750 F1 are similar or even same but various changes which can be 'Market Dependant'
Pretty sure the side panel badge was just 'F' but bike was still F1 (as opposed to F2 wit bigger valves, smaller dual disc, extra flexy forks, etc)
You probably need specific engine/frame number plus original country of sale. The US had at least 2 variants (California and 'everywhere else') Canadian market will have different jetting and possibly suspension, gearing, etc. German market could have 3 different models for same year (mainly emission related)
