Chain oiler???

Today's questions... Who has had any luck tuning the auto chain oiler? Approximately how much do you back it out to properly lube the chain but not sling oil all over everything in its wake? I'm about done with this, it seems like it's always too much or too little. No wonder people delete this thing.

Deleted mine and use Manama Chain wax. No mess!

Honda gave up on it too so don't feel bad. Just lube it and enjoy the rides with clean clothes.  ;D

Don't see to many questions on here on how to properly use the chain oilier. Most people ask how to shut it off. Usually the first thing we do is shut it off. Bobbie has the idea...lube it and enjoy. But first shut it off.
