Battery question 73 CB 350F
« on: April 25, 2018, 07:09:22 AM »
Greetings Comrades!

OK so Badger had a senior moment today.  The question for you.  In the pic you see +/- for battery plus that third one with the round connector.  Where does that one connect?  I removed the battery box a couple months back and just don't remember.

Thanks for helping out an OLD dude...

If it is a green wire underneath that black cover then it is the ground connector that attaches to the top front bolt that secures the battery box to the frame. Unless someone has covered the wire sheath it should be a green ground wire unless you have one already off the main harness connected to the ground on the battery box.
Common sense.....isn't so common!

Thanks a lot for enlightening me, it is appreciated.  Once my carb bank gets back from Oldskool carbs I should have it up and running in short order
