CB750 K7 - front caliper piston replica

if not, any better tip?

I think you should be good, any new piston will be better than an old, corroded one...

Related question to front brake - just receieved ordered EBC organic pads - does anybody know for what purpose is there that white (plastic?) ring?
There is nothing mentioed on package...

I did not have it in my stock pads I took off from bike - it is not shown in spare parts catalogue either.

Yes, but no. 5 is shown as 1 item, not 2 parts. And surely my pad (original) does not have it. So either someone before me lost it, or these EBC pads are in 2 parts and stock was just one?

Looking on it again, it seems there was such ring in the past... Maybe that's the reason why brake was so weak???

The ring is to help reduce chatter and squeal.  When you go to mount your new pucks be sure the pucks sit in the cavity loosely and don't bind at all.  Many of the aftermarket pads have the outer perimeter of the steel backing plate painted and it causes binding against the caliper housing.
