Love Old Peculiar, but it's hard to come by in the US.

Paul Hogan is 78, so you can cut him some slack I think.

Aye, I'm a fan. Sadly, it is virtually unavailable in Southern California.

There were a time mind you, when of a Friday, after ascendin' from pit  a copy of Viz Comic and the prospect of a few peculiers would have done it for me.

And a go with Mavis from Nunnery.

I remember the old fosters advert on tv that went like,"FOSTERS LARGER,ITS GOT THE FLAVOUR THATS TAKEN IT ALL ROUND THE WORLD"i remember carlton brewery products had so many beers, abbots lager, melbourne bitter, carlton draught, victoria bitter, invalid stout and double extra stout,we had 750ml steel beer cans with a rip pull,we called them "conquer cans"because if you opened one you had to drink it all and conquer it,they were great for camping.

The Fosters can makes a good base for 'drunken chicken' on the grill. It fits well in the chicken, (never heard a peep of protest out of one, either) and you have the added benefit of reducing the level in the can to productive level in the chicken, before insertion... and never had one tip over either!

Reducing the level in the Fosters can prior to insertion, could contribute to that... ;)
