Goerge and 01Thomas,

Pictures have gone due to new payment rules by Photobucket. One have to pay now to show ones own pictures!!!
There are thankfully other options available.

All is fine. All mechanical preps are done, now in process of rebuilding the engine with new HD chains, both primary and cam.

Hey Scunny, due to loosing the oiltank which doubled as a battery holder, and the fact I changed the fairing mounted oilcooler, I chose to put the battery there.

Today working in the sunshine replacing the primary and camchains with Bryan. Nice to see everything still looks very good inside the engine after all the hard work she went through.
6 seasons of 3 hours races and demo's.

Hey Rob, that middle picture above really threw me for a few seconds. I thought it was some crazy super-short stroke water-cooled two stroke motor, but with no exhaust ports!!!

Only flaw in engine, a slightly worn topshell on #3 main, due to pulling of the camchain. Although usable a new one will be fitted, rest looks as if new.
Good to frequently change oil and filter.
Already mounted a new primary tensioners to work with the HD chains. Not bad for a engine last opened a decade ago, and since than trashed around every single season.

Nothing fancy, George. The tracks we use it on , do not reguire hp engines how strangly that may sound. We enter in the 750 (demo-)class, so big bore is out. I rebuild this engine almost 10 years ago and just made sure it all suits, cant call it real blue printing , but close. Slightly cleaned up the ports, no real porting though, Mike lives to far a way.......My pride and joy, Accent electronic ignition, a set of CR31's and a home build yoshi like pipe gives a healthy 72 rwhp. Did use a 63 b cam, but did not suit the tight tracks. So use oem one. Still have a new yoshi 823 kit, but will not use that for now. Use the bike, of course to test run the Wet sump.
I also run a AMA-like VFR to run with the fastest competition like FZR, GSX-R, Kawi and Suzi 1000's.
