Topic: Cb750K1 Idle Air Adjustment Screw replacement

Firstly, I'm no mechanic... that said,  I have a CB750K1 that has sat for the past 20 years or so.  A few years ago I opened up the petcock and gas flooded out of the carbs.  Obviously all gummed up.   So, going to sell the bike but thought it would be worth quite a bit more as a runner.  Had 4 carb kits I bought many years ago and took everything apart, cleaned it all up, and installed the new parts.  One thing I noticed, however, is that  the new Idle Adjustment screws are different from the ones I took out.  Originals appear to be a solid screw.  New ones are hollow with hole in the side.  I put them in but now wondering if I should put the old ones back in.

Any advice most welcome!  Thanks in advance!

 Those are actually 4 air adjustment screws. Make sure they still have their springs. There is only one idle adjustment screw and it has a large knurled head that screws in and raises the arms that control the slides and needles.
  I as a rule always re-use the stock Kehein  brass bits including those screws and jets etc. whenever possible.

+1 on reusing the stock air adjustment screws, or fill those holes with JB weld to seal them.

Start them at 1 turn open from gently seated.
