GGG Guh Gold wing Fuh fuh fever.

Radiator shroud finished and bolted up.   Changed out bars as well.  Much thinner finish on this bar.  The other one was powder coated and I spent way too much time removing PC and it still looked like crap at the edges.

I'm too lazy to go look, are you sharing this at the NGW forum too?

I'll be anxious to see how the Webers work for you.  If there was ever a weak point for first gen Goldwings it's their carbs.  Even right off the showfloor they exhibited problems.  I went through mine with a fine-tooth comb, and it still bogs a bit off idle.  If you rev it a bit and kinda "launch" it, it's fine, and once underway is fine, too.  Drives me crazy.

Looked like the bikini was cracked before you painted it, heavy scratch most likely.

I alway enjoyed removing bikinis... but that is off-topic...  ;D

Ya. Scratch in the E-coat.  It is metal.   I'm fine with bikinis on or off.  Badabing....

Assembled front end of motor today.  Tearing down back half of it this week. The bore is perfect.   Low mileage bike.

Beautiful,  but those rotors need drilling.

Finished it.   Runs like a beast.  Tons of power.  Carbs tuned pretty close.  Haven’t stuck the meter on them yet.   Holy cow this thing has balls.
