Bringing this post back up as there’s a lot of good information here. Hondaman has commented on my build thread regarding swing arm bushings and I have been taking notes from other threads regarding clearances but none of them had any good visuals. Thanks for posting this and I hope newer members can find this more easily!

Ha ha, well to be fair, it is 11 years since anyone posted here! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
