Has anyone ever gone from a Vertex mag or a distributor....and changed it to a 4 cyl Ard or Hunt mag ?
From what is in first pic to what is in the second.

Well, since that RC drive unit was designed to mate up to an air cooled VW type distributor, I’d think you can convert that unit to an RC Mallory type distributor unit.  Not sure about the Hunt or ARD units.

Yeah, but everybody has that, plus I have a 4 cyl Hunt Sprint car mag with degree plate on the base.  FAIRBANKS Type. Also, far as I know  the Mallory needs a battery.

How about a link to the ad?

I think Magnuson sold Blower kits back in the day for a few different bikes, like Sportsters and Honda too.  Jerry Magnuson cast all the parts for ATP turbos.  I was trying to get him to look for the old ATP model/molds when he passed away a couple years ago.

Yeah it’s a magnuson. They did the MPD manifolds too.

I have a rc drive with a vertex mag under the bed.

The blower parts were just listed as misc motorcyle blower drive parts.

There is actually a maybe unused magnacharger listed right now. Look like a couple 4 cylinder manifolds.
I think it may be the 80 size, I think there were 4 sizes. Had 4 squares showing on the sides.
 Had a 1500.00 BIN on it .

I have the one in the pic you posted, plus another Hunt 4 cyl like that off a sprintcar, it has a degree wheel base plate.
I am not sure if they are both  same rotation. If they are not  it may work on this drive I got coming.

Blower  is listed right now for 875.00  on ebay.
I gotvthe Kawi mag angle drive, it's never been used, would trade for Honda unit.
