'70 CB750K Top Bridge (triple tree) needed
« on: March 07, 2018, 12:35:47 PM »
Need a good used, (no cracks) top bridge (triple tree) for my '70 CB 750 K0. The one I have has been welded at some time in the past. I believe only the '69 and '70 used this style? I want to avoid sheling out $200-300 for a new one, if possible. Also, the photos below (from Yamiya's website) show two different trees: one with a hole, the other without ( Yamiya doesn't say what year these apply to). What is the difference? Thanks in advance!

The one with the hole is for the Japanese market. You probably want the other one.

I think Pat has a couple at the shop, will ask what he wants for one. They actually used that through 1972. Yeah, that hole was for the speed warning light in Japan...

Don’t forget the D washers at the pinch bolts or your new clamp will also be broken.

Ken, sent you a PM on the top triple. It needs repainting, but other than that is good shape with no cracks.
