Noise after driving it

Went for a practice ride today. Weather was awesome.  8) But after I pulled it into the garage it makes this noise like a bad rod bearing. Goes away after you pull in the clutch. Doesn't do it when its cold. Take a listen and let me know what you think. Sorry for the bad video. Didn't realize I had my phone the wrong angle.

Wow, not a nice sound. Since pulling the clutch in changes it I'd start by pulling the clutch apart.
