I remember her being at Bonneville years ago..
 I have to point out , Leslie Porterfield is much nicer to be around than Valerie..

I did a pic Google search on Leslie Porterfield. She's hot! I understand people that like to be around her (or opposite) ;)

Hmm, the wife and I had a good experience with her a few years ago We pitted beside them at the Memphis Cup race. Spoke with her several times and each was a pleasant experience. They weren't there to race but simply parked the rig there for overnight camping. They were on the way home after picking the bike up from a shop at the time. I'll say the husband was a little standoffish though.

On the Bonneville long course you have 5 miles to get to speed, 1 mile for timing and the last 5 miles to gently slow down. Stay off the brakes and don't roll off the throttle.

My take from watching the slo-mo on FB is the rear popped into the air as if the rear-tire or something else exploded to lift the rear off the salt. Its a good roll-cage and her wrists are soft-tied to the cage to prevent flayling arms. Chis Karr went a little faster in this streamliner in 2009.
