yeah and good on you for taking the course,if you've never ridden much before its the best idea,a lot of riders started out young as kids on bikes and have a little more feel for riding than people just learning,if your work doesn't involve much physical activity and you had sore muscles from a bike ride you can do some easy excercises or god forbid join a gym,buy some lighter hand squeeze spring things they'll toughen up your grip and forearms,do some simple wall push ups standing further away from the wall as it gets easier,well done and keep your 360 vision and expect the unexpected,that dog way ahead on the sidewalk IS going to run into your path,that light truck in front with a load going to the dump IS going to have something blow free into your path,that car next to you full of high school kids aint bothered about #$%* and WILL change into your lane suddenly,im sure your instructor has been through that stuff?
