I just opened this thread and have to say the bike is beautiful brother. Personally I'd take off the large decal and leave the tri-color pristine. ;) Really nice work. Who did the paint?

Agree...decal is cool, but looks slick as sh!& without  8)

I'd take it either way! 

A guy up in Seattle who imports grey market bikes recently sold his 1992 Ducati 900ss (15K miles or so) with the half fairing in BLACK.  I think it went for $4,500 on eBay.

Thanks for all the replies fellas, haven't been back to this thread in some time.  Yes, I ride dirtbikes with "buck" often.  His 900 was a nice bike, if my garage wasn't already at capacity I would have added it.

As of now the lower decal is still on the bike.  Thats the nice thing about not clearing over it, I can leave it or remove it whenever I want.
