cb400f rear wheel distance collar

Hello,

I am missing the rear distance collar on my CB400F. Honda nr 42625-286-000
This seems like a simple piece to make on the lathe.
Does somebody have a collar and be willing to take some mesurements for me?

That number is orriginally a cb 450 part so should be lots about

I know but an original new one is 30 euro plus extra shipping.
15 minutes on the lathe and I have one,but it would be easy if i have the dimensions.

Internal diameter 17mm
External diameter 30mm
Length 33.5mm


But now I'm not sure if this is the right bit....(might be the spacer) . I'll have another look.....

No, sorry that was the spacer. I can't find the collar right now. I'll have another look tomorrow.

Hello,

There is been some confusion on the part I need the dimensions of.
It is the collar spacer that is fitted in the hub between the long spacer tube and the sprocket side
bearing. I think it goes in the bearing.

Dang. Didn't know that was the official name for the part, seems more like a bore adapter to me.

length overall:  17.8mm
flange thickness:  4mm
outer diameter to fit 20mm 6304 bearing , measures pretty much 20mm
inner bore to fit 17mm axle measures about 17.05mm
Flange diameter - forgot to measure and not willing to go out in the snow again. Doesn't much matter... looks like it sticks out a bit more than the flange width so say 5mm... making the flange diameter ~ 28mm?
