Electrical problem.

Good evening guys, hoping someone might be able to throw some light on what I might be looking for here. My 72 750 ran fine last fall and started during the winter when I tried it. Last week I installed a trickle charger now I have no lights on the dash, nothing comes on. The battery is fully charged showing 13 volts. The fuse under the left side cover tests good. I'm new to this bike, are there other fuses I can check? I must have done something when I installed the trickle charger wire but I don't know what. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Rob.

So I have good news, I just put the battery back in and low and behold...everything came back to life, turned the fuel on, gave it some choke and it fired up second crank. I have no idea why it all of a sudden came good but I'm thankful for sure. I did clean the battery terminals really well, could have been the problem. This weekend, we ride :)

Rob, the fuse holder terminals need to be clean! I mean really clean! Roll up some sandpaper and get to work making nice & bright, so there’s good contact.

ignition switch wires come to mind.

...Or the switch contacts.  Sometimes cycling the switch a few times teaches it to function again.
