Stock rear rim width CB750F0/1
« on: May 01, 2018, 01:38:44 PM »
What is the width of the stock 750F0/1 rear wheel? I've been looking all over the web and SOHC4 and can't find it.

2.15 by 18 inches.. I believe that’s a WM3 rim.

I went out and looked. My wrecked F0 back half is buried behind bikes and boxes, it'd take a half hour to dig it out and it has a tire on it. I thought my F1 had a 17" rear but could be wrong.

Thanks Don, the F0 and F1 were still 18" wires. When they went to Comstars on the F2 they went to a 17" rear.

There's a guy in Canada with a set of Shelby Dowd wheels for sale. I know the stock rotor doesn't work with the SD wheel, but it's an 2.15-18, which seemed thin.

I took a look at the wheel on my bike when I got to the shop tonight and it does say 2.15, it sure looks wider though.

You should be good to go then.  Sorry if I threw you off track.

no, they didn't.  Cb750f2/3 rear comstar is 18"
If it works good, it looks good...
