side mount license bracket?

Does any one know where to buy or how to make a nice license plate mounting bracket for off the side because i removed my rear fender for more of a cafe look and now need to mount my plate again..?  thanks for the help

Go to    www.crc2onlinecatalog.com   and go to their Chopper Stuff section,they have a complete side mount taillight  with license plate bracket for the rear axle for $54.95

Someone posted a pic of their bike recently and the license was mounted on the right some how down by the rear axle.
