Anybody know of a headlight with high & low beam that is 2.5" - 3.5" diameter ?

Title says it all.  I'm looking for a headlight with low and high beam.  Preferably L.E.D.   Diameter 2.5" - 3.5"   
Can anybody recommend one ?      I'd like to keep the cost at or near $100 if at all possible.

 The hi/lo is the hard part. Could you use two?

Trying to find a single.  Running a number plate and want more number than light :)
that ebay link is pretty cool.  I'll do a little more searching there.   Not sure I need the devil option, but who knows
