Greetings one and all. I don't normally join a forum with the intention of saying goodbye, but here's the deal. Recently retired, our farm sold within days and we are on a very short settlement date, 35 days from now to be exact. I am moving to live on our house boat so 40 odd years of collecting, accumulating and just plain hoarding must come to an end. Everything that won't fit on the house boat is for sale.
I had a long love affair with the SOHC 750 Honda starting as a pimply faced youth in the late 60's when they first appeared. It was not until the early 80's that I could get my first one, I went on to race them in a post classic sidecar, in the meantime I accumulated a lot of SOHC stuff. I had intended to spend my retirement tinkering and restoring all my bikes - things change.
The major news is that in 1989 I got the bike of my dreams. A complete Seeley Honda. Frame number SH7-531-S. Colin Seeley only made 302 frames and kits in total, very few with the S suffix. The Seeley register (
http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?action=register2 ) Has 92 of these recorded with only 5 'S' models listed worldwide. The S is the racing version.
When I bought SH7-531-S it had been stored in a chook shed and was in the condition it has remained since. It is a complete resto project.
SH7-531-S IS FOR SALE and will be listed in detail over the next few days.
Located in Victoria Australia I can work with a buyer regarding shipment either in Aus or overseas.
If you have any interest give me a shout.
Regards
Mick.
