Topic: pulsing sound

hi since rebuilding my k6 last winter from painting the frame I now seem to get a irritating sound in my ears It sounds like a pulsing I thought it was coming from the forks but have checked them put new head bearings in changed the oil in the forks any ideas anybody ( I wear ear plugs)

thek spedeomter and rpm caunter..if they need lube..they can make viring screming or clikking saunds...heiger then you thinks ...
