I have been here a long time but apparently never posted under my current name. Which is weird as I was certain I got help from you folks when I built the bike back in 2012.
Anyway, here I am.
When my wife was born there was this old CB750 in her garage. It was her dad's dream to rebuild it since he took it apart back in 1977. Well that never happened and the house got sold. I picked up the bike and stored it for a few years. I almost sold it but the father in law was heart broken so I had to cancel the sale. Then I decided to rebuild it! I realized that half the parts were from a Yamaha so I had to source a lot of parts but the bike eventually got back together and we have been riding it occasionally since 2012.
Here it is! (once I can post a picture of course... I will start by posting in the gallery)
Other than the handlebars (drag bars when I built it, then I tried café bars and now I'm installing the Norman Hyde bars) and exhaust it is pretty much stock.
Looking forward to contributing a bit here!
