Where would I source a speedo needle for the little Honda twins?

where did the old one go ? if it just fell off and is still inside the body then you'll be pulling it apart to put a new one on anyway

or just do the ebay thing for a whole speedo to pull apart

i'm guessing you're wanting to keep the original mileage or another speedo would be easier ?
