Topic: 79 cb650 vs. 75 cb750f Frame

Hey everyone...

Would anyone happen to know if there are any major difference in the size of the frame between a 79 cb650 and a 75 cb750f?

Particualrily, would a seat from the 79 cb650 fit on the cb750? (it opens up the same way)... I just bought a black cafe racer Giuliari seat from a cb650 with the intentions of putting it on the cb750 and I was just wondering how much mods I'll have to do.

I dont know the exact differences (if any), but its just too easy to find out, now isnt it!! Lay 'er on top and see how it mates up. Even if there is a bit of a difference, im sure you can work something out - I once put a 750 seat on a 550 (with some fitting work of course).

LOL... yep it is that simple except I'm still waiting for the seat to arrive so I dont have it yet...
