Hey guys,

Changing my 74750k transmission gasket (shifter gasket?). Any advice on how to go about it?

Take the cover off, clean the gasket surface, replace the gasket and cover. Drain the oil or tip the bike to the right or you will have a mess.

A block under those case bolts by the point cover works good, make sure the bike will stay, before starting work.
When you crack the cover, a little bit will come out, it won't all drain back.
Don't worry it's just a teaspoon of oil.
A very thin screwdriver or punch may help spread shifter if it does not come off easy.
 Easy job.
There maybe be a small rubber plug in an oil passage, make sure you don't blow it out.

Hey 754. Question. I just installed a new offset sprocket. Can’t get the chain on . Is standard procedure to disconnect the master link then emcees it through and reconnect? Also, my sprocket carrying bearing from allballs in the rear wheel didn’t come with an seal . Is that normal or should I not install without a seal

Usually you can hook new chain to old one and pull it thru. If sprocket cover is off see if it's hanging up somewhere.
Was your old seal leaking? Probably ok if you don't pressure wash it.... never get to close to those areas at a car wash.

I was replacing the old sprocket with a new offset sprocket. I was just gonna reuse my old chain :(

Oh ok, with sprocket cover off you should be able to push it in from the top, might  help to tie a stiff wire to it.

I can’t slide it behind the sprocket I installed
It’d only fit behind there if the teeth were lined up and the sprocket was in it. Since it’s thicker than the origin with it being offset I can’t put it together and slide the sprocket in
